Fair Use

Yearly Companion is not sold by the reading. Normal personal use is not metered — ask as often as you like.

What counts as normal use: One person asking about their own chart, the people close to them, and events in their own life. Most people ask a few times a month.
What we watch for: Usage that looks automated or shared: scripted requests, many different charts in a short time, or one account used by a group. This is about protecting the service, not about capping you.
Where the line is: Roughly 12 readings an hour, 30 in a day, and 200 in a calendar month. A reading takes a while to write and to read — these are far above what one person reaches.
What happens if you reach it: You will see a short note, and readings pause until the next day or the first of next month. Email support@serease.com if this is a mistake or you genuinely need more — we are reasonable about it.
Passes are different: The $4.99 30-day pass is sold by the reading: 40 of them. There the count is yours and we always show it.
